Frost will celebrate the opening of its new Katy Mason Financial Center with a drive-through Halloween family fun day and lunch to introduce Frost’s convenience and service to Katy-area customers. Guests can stay in their cars and enjoy hot dogs and soft drinks, along with balloons provided by a balloon twister. This event is free and open to the public.
