The Friends of Scouting Community will gather on April 15, 2020 at 7:00 am to celebrate with a breakfast at Hometown Heroes Recreation Center in League City. Friends of Scouting is the annual fundraising campaign during which the Coastal District, Bay Area Council, Boy Scouts of America asks Scouting families, businesses and civic-minded individuals to support our mission of providing the life-long values of citizenship, character, fitness and leadership to nearly 8,000 youth through the Scouting program. All funds (100%) are raised locally and stay locally to support the Scouting programs in Brazoria and Galveston Counties.
