“We want people to treat themselves not only when they are celebrating the big moments, but with everyday celebrations of goodness in life, like unwinding after a long day at work,” said owner Pablo Patron. For example, Edible offers FREE pineapple pops (dipped fruit on a stick) to any child who brings in a report card with an A+ (or equivalent). 

Edible in Clear Lake is known for creating unforgettable delights made with the freshest fruits and real, gourmet chocolate; they even offer same-day delivery or pick up. The amazingly creative arrangements are a terrific addition for any occasion, such as the football arrangement with chocolate covered apples shaped like footballs, or the new gender-reveal centerpieces where the chocolate covered strawberries are lined with either a pink or blue layer (depending on whether it’s a boy or a girl). Edible offers several catering options for year-round occasions as well as for holiday parties and the family Thanksgiving feast.

The Edible brand is celebrating 20 years in business with more than 1,000 locations nation-wide, however, the staff at the Highway 3 store prides themselves on their local community involvement. They regularly celebrate their neighbors with locally made treats and gifts at events such as Yoga in The Park with Bay Area Yoga Collective, Epicurean Evening with the Chamber of Commerce at NASA and several other local events.
