Signature Drinks: Railean Rum’s Eagle Point Distillery

It’s all top shelf RAILEAN liquor and premium grogs (cocktails) served at the Buccaneer Bar and you will definitely want to recreate these cocktails from the comfort of your own home. Or wow your hosts at the next holiday party coming not only with bottles of a local product, but you can make some tasty concoctions of your own to share with your merry crew! Kelly Railean, Master Distiller and President of Railean Distillers, offers these recipes:
"Talk Like a Pirate" Rum Punch: 1 Part Railean White Rum, 1 Part Railean Spiced Rum, 1 Part Orange Juice, 1 Part Pineapple Juice, 1 Part Ginger Ale, Splash of Bitters, Splash of Grenadine. Garnish: Orange & Pineapple Wedge, Maraschino Cherry. Shake all ingredients, serve in a glass over ice. This also works well in a punch bowl or a pitcher!
Walk the Plank: 1 Part Railean Reserve XO, 2 Parts Cranberry Juice, Big Splash of Lime Juice. Garnish: Lime Wedge. Shake Rum & Cranberry Juice, pour in rocks glass filled with ice, add the lime juice and garnish with lime.
Railean Margarita: 2 parts Railean Blue Agave Blanco, 1 part Blue Agave Nectar, 4 parts lime juice. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and serve on the rocks, frozen, or in a chilled cocktail glass. *For an extra kick float some Railean Blue Agave Reposado or Añejo on top.*
The Blue Parrot: 1 part Railean Blue Agave Blanco,2 parts Railean Blue Vodka Liqueur. (To make Blue Vodka Liqueur, allow 15 blue jolly ranchers to dissolve in a bottle of vodka overnight), 1 part triple sec,Splash of lemon lime soda. Fill with pineapple juice. Build in glass with ice.
