Ike’s Revenge – Hurricane Ike has come and gone and while it did damage, it will never take the spirit of San Leon. The best times are still ahead, so this calls for Don Q Cristal rum. This Puerto Rican rum won a platinum medal for “Best of Show” in a 2012 world beverage competition.  Add pineapple juice, orange juice, splash of Grenadine, and sweet and sour to taste a wonderful smooth and fruity drink. Try it with an order of Torpedos, Bobbers, Sinkers, or any other appetizer to your liking. Enjoy!

Blue Marlin – Most people are skeptical when they hear a typical fish story because they are so exaggerated. But at Topwater Grill, when you say “Blue Marlin,” just know the legend is true. It’s downright simple to make with the smooth taste of Tito’s handmade vodka and the citrus orange flavor of De Kuyper’s Blue Curacao liqueur. Pair it with the pecan crusted red snapper or pepper seared tuna served with rice pilaf and a vegetable medley to get the full tale.

San Leon Sunset – San Leon has beautiful sunsets. What better way to immortalize them than to name a gorgeous drink in its honor? This ruby red beverage is a mix of Patron Silver tequila, orange juice, grapefruit juice and a splash of Grenadine’s blood-red pomegranate syrup. Enjoy it with Topwater’s Los Suenos tilapia dish that’s grilled in olive oil and spices, then topped with mango salsa served with black beans and rice.
