Background / Experience: I have been a celebrity chef and have cooked for Texas socialites, politicians, football connoisseurs and various others who would meet Robin Leach’s standards for “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous,” so I know what it means to provide that “Silver Service.” I have eight years professional experience, but have been in the kitchen with my mom since I was 8 years old. I attended Texas Tech, then continued on my path with the Culinary School at the Art Institute of Houston.

Specialty: Gourmet Cuisine

Signature Dish: Herb-crusted beef tenderloin with a tarragon mustard because it’s fresh and “prime” tenderloin. Creme de la creme!

Have you ever prepared a meal for anyone famous or infamous? Yes. When I was a private yacht chef and estate chef.

Ever Please share one special cooking tip or technique with our readers: 1) Mis en Place! Focus and be prepared for everything!  Always have a plan B, C and so on!   2) Take nothing for granted. I am a brain tumor survivor who had a 10% chance of living... I’m very happy to be here!
