Houston Music Society's 2010 Blues Music winner, Ezra Charles, will be venturing to Memphis to represent Houston in this years International Blues Challenge and go into an elimination showdown against the world's top 100 blues bands. We got to hear a few of the numbers used to win and a taste of what they will be playing at the reopening of newly remodeled Jackie's Brickhouse this month.

It's been awhile since we last heard Ezra and boy, are they sounded better than ever. Speaking of better than ever, come check out what Jackie's done to the place. It's become a neighborhood music hall, restaurant, and fun place all in one -- A totally nice  new fit for the New Year!
