Last month we reported checking out what's new when things go wacky and this month we continue. Starting on the Clear Lake Blvd stretch, we stopped by the Allegria Wine Bar, Davenports, and The Cellar Wine Bar. Each of these cozy little hideaways are ideal for hanging out and up close conversation. The two wine bars also provided live music--Jazz musician Ronnie Stallworth and acoustic soloist Raquel Refuerzo, both talented regional musicians, we found both perfect for the setting.
